About The Position

Preparing children for exams and procedures Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures. Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary. Assisting Dentist with procedures when necessary. Providing great patient care. Recording treatment information in patient records. Take dental X-rays (with child-appropriate positioning techniques) Giving patients information on dental hygiene, oral health care, and plaque control programs. Collecting and recording medical and dental histories and patient vital signs. Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist. Apply Fluoride treatments and sealants

Requirements

Help children feel comfortable and reduce dental anxiety
be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
possess great understanding of dental terminology
have excellent communication and written skills
have excellent public relations skills
work well with patients and team
be experienced in delivering high-level customer service
