About The Position

Our Dentists and Team are dedicated to helping our patient families maintain optimal oral health. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a dental assistant. Whether you are just starting in the field or have some experience, we are committed to training the right person to become a member of our team.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Prepare and organize dental treatment rooms and instruments prior to patient appointments.
Assist dentists during various dental procedures by handing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
Perform sterilization and disinfection of dental tools and equipment following strict infection control protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.
Educate patients and their guardians on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care with empathy and clear communication.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times.
Monitor and maintain inventory of dental supplies and materials, ensuring availability for daily operations.
Adhere to body motion and ergonomics best practices to maintain personal health and safety during clinical tasks.
