Requirements
- Experienced Pediatric Dental Assistant
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – State of Washington required
- Strong clinical skills and comfort in a high-volume pediatric setting
- Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent teamwork skills
- Must be available to work full-time
Responsibilities
- Provide confident chairside support during pediatric dental procedures
- Take and process X-rays accurately and efficiently
- Help manage clinical flow to keep appointments on time
- Prepare and break down operatories and maintain sterilization standards
- Create a calm, friendly, and reassuring experience for kids and parents
- Work closely with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional care
