The Dental Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our Dental Providers and ensuring patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care. This position assists with clinical procedures, prepares treatment areas, maintains sterilization standards, and provides patient education and postoperative instructions. Requirements
- minimum of one year experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Assist Dentists and Hygienists during exams and treatment
- Record medical/dental histories and take diagnostic x-rays
- Provide oral hygiene and postoperative instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and support scheduling/insurance processes
- Ensure dental equipment is maintained and report issues as needed
