Position Overview As a Dental Assistant at Groves Dental Care, you’ll have the opportunity to assist in a variety of dental procedures, from fillings and crown preparations to root canals, surgical extractions, implants, Invisalign treatments, and full Smile Makeovers. You will work alongside skilled dentists who are dedicated to your professional growth and the well-being of our patients. We are seeking a flexible individual who is willing to go the extra mile for our patients, even if that means occasionally working late or through lunch. Requirements

  • Dental Assisting Certification required
  • 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant required
  • X-Ray/Radiology Certification required
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
  • Strong communication skills and patient care orientation

Nice To Haves

  • Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists with a wide range of dental procedures
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
  • Take X-rays and maintain patient records
  • Provide excellent patient care and ensure patient comfort
  • Support the dental team to achieve treatment goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
