About The Position

InGenesis is seeking a Dental Assistant to work with our client. In this role, you will perform a variety of dental assisting duties while promoting a safe and clean environment for quality dental care. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Radiation Safety License - all licenses and certifications must be from a California Board approved course.
• Current CPR/BLS training.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual preferred.
• EPIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists the dentist during a variety of examinations and treatment procedures.
• Records treatment information using Electronic Dental Records system.
• Provides patient education.
• Prepares and maintains dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Helps patients feel comfortable before, during and after treatment.
• Performs general office duties (i.e., scheduling, answering telephones, scanning documents).
