About The Position

The Opportunity We are an upcoming patient-centered denture clinic dedicated to serving with compassion and respect. While our doors are not yet open, we are building a strong team in advance to ensure everyone is trained and prepared for a smooth launch. Our mission is to provide high-quality, accessible care in a supportive and welcoming environment. We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team and play a key role in creating a positive experience for our patients while helping establish the foundation of our new clinic. A Day In the Life Of Prepare treatment rooms, trays, and materials for patient care Assist the doctor during procedures including impressions, bite registrations, try-ins, extractions, and denture deliveries Provide patient education and post-operative instructions as directed by the doctor Clean, disinfect, and maintain instruments and operatories between patients Take and process impressions, x-rays (if certified), and other dental records Document patient information and treatment details accurately Support lab communication by labeling, packaging, and tracking cases Contribute to smooth patient flow by coordinating with front desk staff Keep track of impression materials, wax, trays, and lab supplies specific to prosthodontic work. (Maybe mention Dentira platform?) Assist with denture adjustments, repairs, and shade/tooth selection

Requirements

  • Previous dental assisting experience preferred; denture experience is a plus
  • Radiography certification (if required by state)
  • Excellent chairside manner and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; formal dental assisting training or certification preferred
