POSITION OVERVIEW: AS A DENTAL ASSISTANT, YOU WILL PLAY A VITAL ROLE IN ENHANCING THE PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND SUPPORTING CLINICAL EFFICIENCY. WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS PROACTIVE, PROFESSIONAL, AND READY TO CONTRIBUTE TO A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM.
Requirements
- Proficient in chairside assisting and 4-handed dentistry
- Strong working knowledge of general dentistry procedures
- Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA regulations and a strong commitment to patient safety
- Accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation per office protocols
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure patient comfort and reduce anxiety
- Ability to anticipate the dentist’s needs and contribute to efficient, quality-driven procedures
- Demonstrated ability to take diagnostic-quality x-rays efficiently
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Preferred 6 months - 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred (Externships not included)
