Requirements
- Certification: Current Dental Assistant certification and/or relevant experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attitude: A genuine passion for dentistry and a commitment to making a positive impact on our patients’ lives.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist Dentists: Support the dental team during procedures, including preparation of materials, and ensuring all necessary tools are ready.
- Patient Care: Make patients feel comfortable and at ease, provide detailed explanations of procedures, and maintain a compassionate and attentive attitude.
- X-Rays & Records: Take high-quality X-rays, maintain accurate patient records, and assist with charting and documentation.
- Sterilization & Safety: Follow stringent infection control and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations and provide exceptional care.
