Cahaba Heights Dental Care is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 1 year paid Dental Assistant experience preferred (externships not included). Experience with chairside 4-handed dentistry and general DA functions. Knowledge & Compliance: Understanding of OSHA and HIPAA regulations with the ability to follow office, state, and dental board requirements to ensure patient safety. Clinical Skills: Ability to capture high-quality diagnostic x-rays efficiently. Anticipates the dentist’s needs during procedures to keep treatment timely and smooth. Completes accurate and compliant clinical notes. Patient Care & Communication: Excellent customer service to ensure patients feel welcome and at ease. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Personal Qualities: Motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with high initiative. Requirements
