We are not a part of any dental service organization (DSO) or corporately owned dental practices. Compensation is never lowered or dropped due to poor production. You are not required to clock out if you do not have a patient, and we will not manipulate or cut your hours based on busyness or production. We manage our team of dental assistants with respect and professionalism, in the way we would want to be treated. In business since 2003, we are a Christian-based dentistry practice that offers exceptional care and the most complete range of services in Western Maryland. In one location and for all ages, we offer preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry as well as orthodontics and endodontic treatments. We rarely have to send patients out of the office for special procedures, so we are able to provide better continuity of care. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DENTAL ASSISTANT As a Dental Assistant, you are a vital part of our practice and help our dentists be as productive and efficient as possible. You arrive each day to a warm and inviting atmosphere where you feel like a valued member of the team. As you assist the dentists, you talk with patients. You put both children and adults at ease with your gentle and kind demeanor. You are conscientious about making accurate and detailed notes in our dental software and keeping everything organized. Requirements

  • Have or be willing to get your extended function (CDA or QDA) license
  • Have or be willing to get your X-ray certification

  • Do you find it easy to establish a good rapport with patients?
