Leap Kids Dental is looking for a motivated, friendly Dental Assistant to join our team and help create smiles that last a lifetime! In this role, you’ll assist the dentist with patient care, perform clinical and technical procedures under supervision, prepare treatment areas, and document procedures using both electronic and paper records. Clinical & Patient Care Experience Skilled in assisting with procedures and exams, supporting dentists in delivering high-quality care. Experienced in preparing treatment areas, managing instruments, and documenting procedures accurately. Communicates treatment needs clearly to patients and parents, helping everyone feel comfortable and confident. Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills Loves working with children and creating a fun, friendly, and reassuring environment for young patients. Builds trusting, positive relationships with patients and families, making each visit a pleasant experience. Strong team player who anticipates provider and team needs, while maintaining a respectful and kind demeanor. Operational & Technical Skills Proficient in daily office workflow, scheduling, and maintaining organized records. Comfortable with computers and electronic documentation, learning new systems quickly. Detail-oriented and dependable, helping the clinic run smoothly every day. Requirements

  • Dental Assistant licenses or certificate, new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • CPR certification
  • Expanded function permit preferred
  • 1+ years of Dental Assisting preferred
