About The Position

Horizon Health in Wessington Springs, SD is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to provide chairside assistance in our busy dental practice. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Certified Dental Assistants are preferred, but we provide on-the-job training for non-certified employees. Responsibilities

  • Assist the doctor during procedures, including performing radiographs, completing patient charting, documenting patient conversations, and managing tray setups.
  • Ensure proper sterilization of instruments, maintain operatory turnover, and adhere to infection control standards in the lab.
