About The Position
Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Houston. If you’re passionate about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment, we’d love to meet you! Schedule (days/hours) Monday - Wednesday 8A - 5P
Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant License
- X-Ray Certification
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take and develop dental X-rays (as permitted by state regulations)
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Update and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
