About The Position

The Iowa Primary Care Association is recruiting a Dental Assistant for a community health center (FQHC) in Marshalltown, Iowa. This center provides comprehensive primary care, including medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, to underserved communities. The Marshalltown team is expanding and seeks a new Dental Assistant to work with a new Dentist starting in June 2026.

Requirements

• Completion of accredited dental assisting program or equivalent training meeting Iowa Dental Board requirements
• Current QDA Registration through the Iowa Dental Board

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

• $2000 sign-on bonus ($500 at hire, $500 at 6 months, & $1000 at 1 year)
