Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities and stay organized in a busy, multi-provider office.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in restorative dentistry, implants, and extractions is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all phases of restorative dentistry, implants, and extractions.
- Manage sterilization processes and maintain OSHA compliance.
- Support dentists during procedures with efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and step in to help, even outside of assigned duties as needed.
- Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visits.
