About The Position
Dental Assistant – Luxury Cosmetic Practice | Camelback Area $22.00 – $28.00 per hour | Growth-Oriented | High-End Environment Step into a refined dental career where quality, artistry, and patient experience come first. We are a well-established, privately owned boutique dental practice with over 40 years of excellence, located in the highly desirable Camelback area. Led by a top 1% ranked clinician, our practice is known for delivering exceptional cosmetic and restorative dentistry in a modern, spa-like setting. With 60–80 new patients joining us each month, our reputation is built on trust, education, and genuine relationships—not volume. As a fee-for-service practice (in-network only with Delta Premier), we focus on precision, attention to detail, and a truly elevated standard of care.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
- X-ray certification required
- Strong experience with Dentrix
- Polished, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality care
Nice To Haves
- Experience with scanning, cosmetic dentistry, or Invisalign is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional, high-touch patient experience from start to finish
- Assist chairside in cosmetic and restorative procedures
- Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans (iTero), and clinical photography
- Record vitals, charting, and patient histories with accuracy
- Fabricate temporary crowns, retainers, and assist with impressions
- Maintain sterilization protocols and organize clinical supplies
- Support Invisalign treatment, including attachment placement
- Help improve systems and contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow
