Requirements
- Must be flexible and willing to travel between up to 4 practice locations to support team and patient needs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience/knowledge in a dental or medical setting is preferred, but not required
- Active dental assistant certification preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with safety regulations
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
