Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellent patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dental assistant experience.
  • Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
  • Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
  • Foster a positive experience for patients through exceptional care and communication.
