Requirements

Graduate of a Dental Assistant program (or graduating within the next 3 months)
Current Pennsylvania X-ray License
Must be willing to travel between our Camp Hill, Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, and Harrisburg offices as needed.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that help put patients at ease
Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control protocols

Nice To Haves

Experience with dental software including Open Dental
Previous pediatric dental experience or a passion for working with children

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Sterilize instruments and uphold a clean, safe environment.
Manage and stock dental supplies.
Provide support to the dental team in various clinical tasks as needed.
Assist other clinical team members with an assisted hygiene schedule when needed.
