About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to support clinical and administrative operations in a professional dental setting. The ideal candidate will assist with patient care, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant Training Program
• Active New Jersey Dental Radiology License required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Prepare and maintain patient charts using an EMR system
• Take and process digital radiographs; ensure radiology equipment is properly maintained
• Monitor and manage dental supply inventory
• Assist with front desk tasks including scheduling, phone support, and patient check-in
• Clean and sanitize treatment rooms in compliance with infection control standards
• Support patient comfort and provide reassurance throughout treatment
• Collaborate effectively with staff and maintain professional conduct
• Perform additional duties as assigned
