Requirements

Positive, upbeat personality with a genuine passion for helping patients
Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
Experience as a dental assistant preferred, but motivated learners are welcome
Desire to grow and develop within the practice
Completion of a Dental Assistant program or equivalent education
Experience in Surgical Assisting
Proficiency in taking and developing dental X-rays and scans
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

Providing chairside assistance during dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and instruments, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols
Supporting the clinical team to maintain high standards of care
Helping create a calm, welcoming, and patient-centered environment
Assisting with digital radiographs, charting, and clinical documentation as needed
