About The Position

Mid America Health is currently seeking a 32-hour , Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our Ohio team! Mid America Health is looking for a dental assistant to work 32 hours per week; Monday through Thursday . This dental assistant position is scheduled 4 days per week from 6:30am until 3:00pm. This part-time position is located at Allen Correctional Institution in Lima, OH. This dental assisting position is a rewarding, low stress alternative to private practice dentistry and offers full benefits. Requirements

Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
Active Ohio Radiographer License
Per ODRC policies, these facilities are smoke-free facilities.

Nice To Haves

1 year experience preferred
certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred

Responsibilities

Routine chairside duties include preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care.
Very limited endo with no ortho or crown & bridge required.
