We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is energetic, motivated, and ready to be a true team player! Our office is led by an amazing doctor, supported by a dedicated team, and centered on delivering the best care for both our patients and our team members.
Requirements
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
- Active CPR certification
- Available Monday-Friday during practice hours
Nice To Haves
- Experience in oral surgery
- Computer proficiency
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials for procedures
- Welcome, comfort, and assist patients throughout their visit
- Pour, trim, and polish study casts; fabricate temporary restorations
- Educate patients by answering questions and providing clear instructions
- Clean and polish removable appliances
- Anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures (set-ups, suction, passing instruments)
- Document dental care services accurately in patient records
- Capture high-quality intraoral photographs
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper sterilization of instruments and equipment
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
