Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Strong communication skills, friendly attitude, and a commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to be cross-trained and step in where needed
Nice To Haves
- Front desk experience helpful but not required
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures with efficiency and care
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Sterilize and set up instruments and operatories
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with front office duties
- Support insurance verification and billing processes
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
