What You’ll Do Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-out Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality care What We’re Looking For Dental Assistant experience preferred Strong communication and patient-care skills A positive, team-first attitude Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for Join a Team That Cares At Midwest Dental in Wauwatosa, you’ll find a supportive team, a welcoming patient community, and a workplace where your contributions truly matter. Requirements

Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment
Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
