At Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, we’re committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We’re looking for an experienced, bilingual Dental Assistant to join our team and help provide high-quality care to our diverse patient community.

Requirements

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures using 4-handed dentistry
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support patient flow and ensure a smooth, efficient schedule
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients
