The dental assistant will greet and seat patients in a friendly, professional manner, take vital signs, and prepare patients for dental treatment. Responsibilities also include recording patient medical history, performing digital scans and x-rays, assisting with patient data entry, and providing chair-side assistance during dental procedures. The assistant will maintain cleanliness and organization of operatories, manage inventory, and adhere to infection control measures. Participation in community prevention activities is also expected.
