About The Position
Trailside Park Dental Care is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. Hard-working and motivated, the successful candidate will bring a passion for providing the best patient care to the communities they serve. In this role, you will greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, ensuring patient comfort and providing appropriate education throughout treatment. You will conduct a thorough review of the patient's health history to provide quality care, take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments, and provide superior chairside assistance to supported dentists during a wide variety of procedures in accordance with the state dental practice act. You will utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping, prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols, and manage supply and inventory levels while placing and expediting orders as needed. Partnering with the providers and team, you will implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize office workflow.
