About The Position
We are an Endodontic Practice looking for a motivated and team-oriented dental assistant. The ideal candidate for this position should be dependable, able to multi-task, and possess excellent customer service skills along with a strong work ethic. While dental assistant experience is preferred, we are open to entry-level candidates who meet the necessary qualifications. This position is full-time and does not require weekend work, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. The salary for this role is negotiable and based on experience, ranging from $18 to $21 per hour. As a dental assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting doctors during treatment procedures, which includes taking digital x-rays and sterilizing instruments according to OSHA regulations. You will be responsible for proper tray and operatory setup, as well as providing patients with post-operative instructions following dental treatment. A key part of your role will be to help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after their treatment, while safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong multi-tasking and time management abilities, are essential for success in this position.
