Requirements
- Entry-level dental assistant or someone eager to begin in orthodontics

Responsibilities
- Instrument processing and sterilization according to OSHA standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment
- Breaking down and setting up operatories
- Stocking and inventory support
- Learning orthodontic instruments and procedures
- Assisting with patient flow and chairside support
- Preparing materials and equipment for orthodontic procedures
- Supporting the clinical team with efficiency and positivity
