About The Position

Registered Dental Assistant - Full-Time We are seeking a Dental Assistant (RDA) fluent in English and Spanish preferred who is energetic, motivated, and ready to be a true team player! Our office is led by an amazing doctor, supported by a dedicated team, and centered on delivering the best care for both our patients and our team members. What You'll Do Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials for procedures Welcome, comfort, and assist patients throughout their visit Pour, trim, and polish study casts; fabricate temporary restorations Educate patients by answering questions and providing clear instructions Clean and polish removable appliances Anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures (set-ups, suction, passing instruments) Document dental care services accurately in patient records Capture high-quality intraoral photographs Maintain OSHA compliance through proper sterilization of instruments and equipment Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture Who You Are Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Active CPR certification Available Monday-Friday during practice hours Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred What We Offer Competitive wages based on skills and experience Benefits package including Health Insurance and 401k Opportunities for professional growth and development 👉 If you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, patient-focused practice, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements

  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
  • Active CPR certification
  • Available Monday-Friday during practice hours

Responsibilities
