About The Position

Windsor Family Dentistry is a general dentistry clinic seeking a warm and outgoing Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our team full-time. Schedule: Full time, Tuesday through Thursday 7:45am-5:15pm, Friday 7:45am-3:15pm. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
Experience in General Dentistry
Understanding of health & safety regulations
High school diploma; graduation from a dental assistant school is preferred

Nice To Haves

EDDA certification is preferred but is not required
Denticon experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Welcome patients into the office and prepare them for treatment to ensure their comfort
Sterilize and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
Assist the dentist chairside
Undertake lab tasks as instructed
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Keep operatories clean and well-stocked
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
Take impressions, fabricate temp crowns and seat crowns
Pleasant, professional chairside manner
