About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Doctors in conducting comprehensive dental exams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that patients' clinical notes and treatment plans are accurate and complete. After the exam, you will present the treatment plan to the patients, collect patient co-pays, and schedule them for treatment as soon as possible. Additionally, you will follow up on cases where patients were not ready to schedule at the time of the exam. This position is designed for those who are looking to grow into a leadership role within our healthcare team. We are looking for team players who are good listeners and effective communicators. You should be comfortable mastering and using technology designed to optimize workflows.
