Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prosthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with complex restorative and prosthodontic procedures, be proficient in digital workflows, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- DAII Certification
- X-Ray Certification
- CPR Certification
- Completion of coronal polishing Course
- Minimum 2 years of dental experience (prosthodontic preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist the prosthodontist with procedures including crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, and full-mouth restorations.
- Take and pour impressions, fabricate provisional restorations, and assist in lab-related tasks.
- Utilize digital scanning and imaging technology for treatment planning.
- Ensure patient comfort and education before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile environment, following all OSHA and infection control protocols.
- Manage inventory and prepare treatment rooms with necessary materials and instruments.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide seamless patient care.
