About The Position
Responsibilities: Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols.Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.Records Management: Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems.Infection Control: Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols.Appointment Scheduling: Help manage and confirm patient appointments.Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support. Qualifications: Must have current CPR CertificationMust have Coronal Polishing Certification X-ray certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling.Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards. Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred A compassionate approach to patient care and comfort.
Requirements
- Must have current CPR Certification
