We are a hardworking, fun, outgoing team, who strive to give our patients the best experience all while maintaining an upbeat, yet relaxing atmosphere. We are up to date on all the latest technology, offer both general and cosmetic dentistry including Invisalign, and sedation for our oral surgeries. We are looking for an energetic team member to join our fast paced, growing practice where we offer dental benefits, health insurance, 401K, and bonuses.

Requirements

• Dental Assistant certification.
• X-ray certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling.
• Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards.
• A compassionate approach to patient care and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols.
• Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
• Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems.
• Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols.
• Help manage and confirm patient appointments.
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.
