About The Position

At Smile Starters, we provide compassionate, comprehensive dental care to children and young adults ages 1 through 20. Our mission is to educate and guide patients toward lifelong oral health. Requirements

• Current CPR Certification
• Sterilization and Infection Control Certification
• Dental Office Emergencies Certification
• Radiology Certification

Nice To Haves

• Additional certifications such as N2O administration a plus
• Bilingual abilities a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families to the office with professionalism and warmth
• Conduct pre- and post operative consultations
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring comfort and reassurance
• Select, prepare, and arrange instruments, equipment, and materials for procedures
• Sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC standards
• Assist dentists chairside using 4-handed dentistry techniques
• Complete lab-related tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post operative care instructions
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized operatories
• Schedule patient appointments and manage accurate records
• Collaborate with the team and perform other duties as assigned
