We are looking for a Dental Lab Technician or Dental Assistant with digital dentistry experience to help us expand our in-house digital lab capabilities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys technology, precision craftsmanship, and working closely with clinicians to deliver outstanding patient outcomes. If you have experience with Exocad design software, milling units, or 3D printers, we would love to meet you. Requirements
- Dental Laboratory Technology certification or relevant dental office experience
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Digital Design
- Design crowns and restorations using Exocad CAD software
- Utilize iTero scans and digital impressions
- Collaborate with doctors to ensure accurate, aesthetic restorations
- Lab Fabrication
- Fabricate crowns, bridges, nightguards, retainers, and other appliances
- Operate milling units and 3D printers
- Finish and polish restorations for same-day delivery when needed
- Case Management
- Track and organize lab cases across six River Run Dental locations
- Maintain accurate documentation of all lab work and adjustments
- Ensure every case meets the highest quality standards
- Collaboration
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and assistants
- Help troubleshoot fit, design, and functional concerns
- Interoffice Lab Support
- Deliver completed lab cases weekly to River Run Dental offices
- Maintain organized case tracking between practices
- (Clean driving record and reliable transportation required.)
