Requirements
- Dental Assistant certification required (2 years experience preferred)
- X-ray certification required
- Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, instruments, and OSHA standards
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide elevated chairside assistance with a focus on efficiency and patient comfort
- Prepare and maintain pristine treatment rooms and sterilization standards
- Capture high-quality digital X-rays following all safety protocols
- Educate patients with clarity and confidence on treatment and home care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in EHR systems
- Support seamless scheduling and patient flow throughout the day
- Collaborate with team members to create a smooth, five-star patient experience
