Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in outreach, partnership development, account coordination, or a similar role focused on external communications.
  • Comfortable doing cold outreach and building relationships over phone and email.
  • Self-motivated/driven, able to quickly learn and jump into the role.
  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential externship partner sites, introducing Stepful and establishing new partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal dashboards and CRM systems, tracking site outreach, agreement status, and partnership details.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential partner sites, addressing questions and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with externship sites by understanding their capacity, preferences, and placement processes.
