Administration of Human Resource Programs

This position is open until filled, with a cut-off date for applications on August 28, 2024, and every Tuesday thereafter. Applicants must meet the job requirements by 11:59 pm (Eastern Standard Time) of the cut-off date. Resumes and documents submitted will be retained for three months and may be used during this period. After eight months, candidates must reapply to be considered. To qualify, applicants must provide sufficient experience and/or education to perform the duties of the position. Experience includes both paid and unpaid work, including volunteer work through National Service programs and other organizations. All qualifying experience must be clearly identified in the resume, including duties, responsibilities, and total hours worked per week.

  • Serve as an advisor in planning, coordinating, and evaluating all aspects of a health care delivery system.
  • Establish policies and procedures in compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Assign work to subordinates and ensure adequate staffing of health programs.
  • Apply technical oversight for all medically related programs and health-related activities.
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited school in the U.S. or Canada.
  • Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physician from a U.S. state or territory.
  • At least 1 year of supervised experience providing direct service in a clinical setting.
  • At least 5 years of graduate training in the specialty of the position or equivalent experience and training.
  • Unrestricted state board certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Obstetrics/Gynecology.
