About The Position
EF1 Dental Assistant (Full-Time) - $21-$23/hr – Monday-Thursday Lawhead Family Dentistry is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic EF1 Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and confident in performing expanded functions while delivering excellent patient care. Requirements
- Iowa EF1 certification (required)
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- X-ray certification (required)
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Perform EF1 duties in accordance with state guidelines
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Take dental radiographs
- Provide patient education and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
