Requirements
- Passion for helping others and creating great patient experiences
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- No prior dental experience necessary — we’ll train you!
- Must have current BLS/CPR certification
- Must have HEP B shot records
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for doctors and hygienists
- Infection control, sterilization, and instrument setup
- Digital charting and patient communication
- X-ray techniques and dental terminology
- Clinical workflow and teamwork in a modern, fast-paced environment
