About The Position
The De Novo Project Support Specialist is a project-oriented role responsible for directing the following: installation, configuration, and support of network, low voltage, multimedia, and computer equipment for new construction dental office clinics, also known as, 'De Novo' offices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: vendor relations, cross-departmental partnership, timeline management, scheduling, documentation, and cost tracking. As a member of the IT De Novo team you will support the IT installation and manage to resolution any reported issues involving the installation and functionality of network and computer equipment installed throughout the on-boarding process (opening week of each project/site).
