About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration helps homeowners restore their homes and peace of mind after unexpected damage. As a Demolition Technician, you will support customers during difficult situations such as water, fire, or mold damage. This is an important, entry-level role where you’ll learn valuable skills, work as part of a team, and make a meaningful impact. The company is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in helping others and want to grow with the company. A Demolition Technician serves others within the community in their time of need, makes a difference for those affected by disaster, works hard and takes pride in completing projects (e.g., mitigating flood and fire damage), and demonstrates empathy and a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Written and verbal fluency in English
Valid driver's license
Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed

Responsibilities

Perform restoration and cleanup services (including water mitigation, mold remediation, and basic demolition) under supervision
Provide excellent customer service throughout each project
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work vehicle and equipment
Assist with setting up equipment, temporary structures, and preparing materials for removal
Clean and care for tools and equipment used on the job
Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable by phone as needed
Support warehouse and facility tasks when required
