The Mitigation Technician leads production on job sites and performs as a technician as workflow dictates. This role involves responding to all activities of emergency services work related to assigned program work and tasks assigned by the Production Coordinator, ERT Project Manager, and Mitigation Team Leader. The technician participates in an on-call rotation and is responsible for various emergency services including water extraction, fire/smoke services, and mold remediation. Daily communication with the ERT Project Manager is essential, along with performing daily documentation and maintaining company equipment.
