SA Recycling – South Texas Region, is currently looking for an Offsite Demolition Supervisor to join our Values based organization. This position will be based in our Brownsville, TX facility. In this role you will focus on: Responsibilities Supervise all offsite demolition projects from start to finish. Assist in securing new demolition contracts, maintaining good relationships with clients and sourcing to find new clients. Take ownership of equipment ensuring great upkeep and regular preventive maintenance. Lead the enforcement of safety standards and regulations across all activities. Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, and mentor offsite demo & car crushing crews. Coordinate work assignments, schedules, and equipment allocation to meet operational goals efficiently. Conduct crew meetings and actively participate in safety discussions and site safety inspections. Drive customer satisfaction by managing all aspects of contract compliance, including KPI adherence, and deliverables. Regularly assess efficiency and production goals, providing detailed updates to management. Facilitate accident investigations, ensuring thorough reporting, corrective action planning, and resolution of safety concerns. Review expenditures and financial data related to profit growth, cost control, and service improvement. Foster a motivated work environment by implementing measures to improve employee engagement and recognition. Qualifications 3-5 years minimum experience in Supervising others Experience in Demolition including the use of tools and equipment
