Reports to the Chief Deputy Clerk of Elections, Trisha Carrico Works with the Election Clerk in managing all functions of the office, including, but not limited to: Processing Voter Registration applications in INSVRS by all Federal and State laws. Maintaining a computer list of all vote center workers. Processing requests for voter information for the public. Informing candidates of available voter registration information. Coordinating with the Indiana Election Division in the implementation of Federal and State Election Law. Processing and certifying petitions. Identifying and helping to secure vote center locations. Maintain an alphabetical card file of all registered voters and recently deceased or transferred voters. Maintaining an alphabetical file of Voter Registration declinations. Performing regular Voter List Maintenance duties.
