The Demo Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring MRI Software's demo environments are functional, localized, and impactful for the North American Market. This role combines technical expertise with regional insights, enabling the delivery of high-quality, tailored demo experiences that meet client and prospect needs. The Demo Engineer serves as a critical bridge between the regional Presales teams and the global Demo Engineering team.

  • Adapt demo environments to meet specific market needs, compliance requirements, and audience expectations in the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams to craft customized demo experiences that resonate with regional clients.
  • Manage and maintain demo environments to ensure they are updated with the latest product versions, features, and branding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to guarantee a seamless demo experience.
  • Provide technical expertise and direct support to regional Presales teams for smooth demo delivery.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving demo-related technical challenges in the region.
  • Serve as a regional liaison to the global Demo Engineering team, sharing insights and feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with other Demo Engineers across regions to maintain consistency in demo quality and delivery.
  • Oversee user account creation and access management for MRI demo environments, ensuring secure and efficient usage.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for demo environment configurations, troubleshooting processes, and setup procedures.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support, demo engineer, or Presales role, preferably within software or technology industries.
  • Hands-on experience managing demo environments or supporting sales and Presales activities.
  • Hands-on application of MRI products is preferred.
  • Proficient in managing technical environments, with familiarity in system setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), demo platforms, and project management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of coding, scripting, or system integrations is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Analytical mindset to understand complex demo requirements and propose creative solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in systems administration, cloud platforms, or project management (e.g., AWS, Azure, PMP, etc.).
